Functional & Boxing Area
Functional training is based around core stability which controls the position and movement of the central part of the body. The basic functional movements include pushing, pulling, lifting, rotating, jumping and carrying. The training helps to provide strength, stability, power, mobility, endurance and flexibility. But most importantly, helps to lose weight and tone.
We have a wide range of equipment including:
- Matted area
- Functional rig (Monkey Bars, Wing, Pull up and muscle up bars)
- Battle ropes
- Plyometric box
- Punch bags/Speed ball
