Functional training and boxing is based around core stability which controls the position and movement of the central part of the body. The basic functional movements include pushing, pulling, lifting, rotating, jumping and carrying. The training helps to provide strength, stability, power, mobility, endurance and flexibility. But most importantly, helps to lose weight and tone.
